The brushless motor offers a significantly extended product life cycle by eliminating trouble including armature burnout, layer short or commutator wear even in severe work environments. Besides, no carbon brush replacement is required.

Compatible with Engine Generators

Equipped with Our original, compact and high efficiency inverter circuit, the disk grinder works with an engine generator that doesn’t have an on-board inverter.

• When using the brushless motor tools with engine generators whose output voltage can be adjusted, excessive voltage could cause these tools to fail.

Stable Performance during Voltage Drops

The brushless motor runs cooler, and its performance isn't affected as much by voltage drop from long extension cords on site. This vastly improves electrical efficiency.

Increased grinding performance with less fluctuation in speed

The highly efficient brushless motor and electronic speed control maintains the speed and ensures work efficiency even when load on the motor increases.

Slimmest and most lightweight in its class

The slim, lightweight and compact design allows for increased maneuverability and work efficiency.

Variable Speed Control

Rotation speed can be changed continuously with a dial between 2,800/min and 10,000/min according to the application.
• Dial 1  - No load speed 2800 /min. For polishing and finishing.
• Dial 2  - No load speed 3700 /min. For removal of paint or coat.
• Dial 3  - No load speed 5500 /min. For removal of rust.
• Dial 4  - No load speed 7500 /min. For removal of burrs.
• Dial 5  - No load speed 9000 /min. For grinding.
• Dial 6  - No load speed 10000 /min. For rough grinding or cutting.

Kickback Protection System

When a pinched or snagged rotating wheel causes rapid stalling of the rotating wheel, this feature will automatically cut off power to the motor to reduce kickback.

Anti-Restart Protection

This feature disables the motor from restarting when power is unexpectedly cut and then recovered, thus minimizing accidents due to unexpected motor restart.

Soft Start

Upon start up, this feature gradually builds wheel rotation speed and therefore reduces the reactive force generated during motor start up. It provides increased safety and control.
