Makita's DTW1002is a 1/2" drive high torque cordless impact wrench powered by an 18v lithium ion battery (not included).

Delivering up to 1000Nm of turning force for tightening applications, the DTW1002 is also adept at loosening when in reverse rotation mode, generating enough nut busting torque to shift fasteners that have been tightened to 1600Nm. It has 3 impact power modes for selecting between hard, medium and soft applications as required, while the variable speed trigger and electric brake provide optimum precision and control.

For maximum efficiency and lifetime, the DTW1002 is equipped with a brushless motor which ensures longer runtimes and increased reliability due to the lack of friction and wear on internal components. It is supplied with a three year warranty.
